Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Signing in with Discord shares only the identify and guilds scopes:

  • Your Discord user id, display name and avatar.
  • Your OAuth access and refresh tokens, used solely to read your server list and keep you signed in.
  • The list of Discord servers you belong to (ids, names, icons, your permissions there).

What you create in the dashboard is stored as configuration:

  • Servers: labels, addresses, ports, modes, intervals and icon overrides.
  • Panels: server, channel, style, interval, toggles, colours and link buttons.
  • Status pages: titles, slugs, themes, accents and server selections.
  • Per-guild role allowlists for dashboard and command access.

The bot also stores query history (player counts, uptime samples) for up to 7 days to draw graphs and uptime bars, then deletes it automatically.

2. What we never do

  • No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising on any page.
  • The bot never posts, edits or deletes anything except its own panel messages.
  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except Discord itself as required for OAuth and API calls you trigger.

3. Where data lives

Everything above lives in the application database of the instance you use. Sessions are signed HTTP-only cookies that expire after 7 days. Public status pages are world-readable by design — only put servers there you are happy to show anyone.

4. Deleting your data

  • Delete servers, panels and status pages in the dashboard — history snapshots go with their server.
  • Revoke MineNotify under Discord Settings → Authorized Apps to invalidate tokens and end the session.
  • Removing the bot from your server stops all future queries and posts.

5. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will change with it. Continued use after that point counts as acceptance.
